The ground floor of the single-family terraced house, Prager Straße 13, is divided into a large eat-in kitchen, a living room and a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor there are two large rooms that can be divided into up to 4 individual rooms if desired, as well as a bathroom with a separately accessible shower.
