Young living in community. The ROM.HOF is located on Siemensstraße in Bonn and is organized as a square ring of buildings around an inner courtyard. The modern apartments are housed in four “houses” in the surrounding wings of the building and are accessible via the arcades open to the inner courtyard. ROM.HOF places great emphasis on communal living, and at the same time this form of living requires consideration for the other residents and respectful interaction with one another. A small fitness room, the laundry room and the communal kitchen can be used by all residents. Each of the 51 student apartments has a hallway with an integrated kitchenette and a shower room. Each room in the apartment has a “studiolo” in front – similar to a small winter garden. An underground parking space can be rented separately.

Bonn-Dransdorf is located in the immediate vicinity of the trendy district Bonn-Endenich. Here there are many shopping opportunities, bars and cafes. Adjacent are the institutes of the University of Bonn and the Poppelsdorf Castle. The Bonn city center is only 10 minutes away by public transport.
